Big John's Cafe and Grill

Everything was cooked perfectly. They even did my ridiculous request for extra eggs and cheese (they were not an option). My food arrived on time, hot and delicious and the delivery guy was very nice too. I found my new go to spot for breakfast!

Big Jon's is great, always on time, and sandwiches are great, I have been ordering form here almost everyday for the past year and I have never been disappointed. My company also use them for catering. GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE!!!!

Just started ordering from d Big Johns and they've definitely got a recurring customer here. This is my new spot to order from. Everything I've ordered so far has been great from the smoothies to the omelettes and sandwiches.

Really tasty breakfast sandwich and it came earlier than the tracker estimated. Delicious no hassle breakfast. I'll recommend to area friends and definitely order again.

Awesome! I normally don't comment that. The BLT was perfect and the sauted brcoli was hot and seasoned well and I got a Mtn Dew! Order was perfect! Thank you!

Me and my girlfriend love Big John's like it is our Dad. Big John's is so delicious, the portions are generous, and I have never had a bad experience (except for the fruit salad which is mostly old banana but it doesn't even matter NO STARS DEDUCTED I LOVE BIG JOHN'S). Every day we think "Is today a day when we are going to order Big John's??" and the answer is usually yes. Delivery takes usually about a full hour but it's so worth it. Also the delivery guys always seem pretty happy to see me, maybe because I order so much BJ's that I am a familiar face. Burgers? Great. Quesadillas? Great. Breakfasts? Great.

I called ahead and asked for the soup of the day and a couple other questions. THe man on the phone was very nice and answered all my questions clearly.

The food came in 25 minutes or thereabouts but i live almost 2 miles formt he place so that makes sense.

I asked if i can get a side salad instead of fries the guy said write it in the instructions and we can do anything!

The chicken orzo soup was A+. I know it was fresh becasue there was a bay leaf in it and shredded chicken. MMM it was so good.

The bacon cheeseburger cooked medium rare - was cooked to medium rare! wow! and after a 10 min car ride i presume.

WILL ORDER AGAIN.

Never had any issues with the food. The taste is good and is usually still hot even if I ask for delivery.

The only issue I have with this place would be the inconsistent delivery time. If a delay is expected, please let us know. We provide you with a contact number for the purpose of being able to inform us. If you give a 1 hour ETA, don't come 2 hours later without an explanation. Some people are on a time constraint, if you cannot deliver on time, let us know and we'll search for an alternative.

Still though, I'll keep ordering from here since it's one of the few places that fits my palate.

Big Johns has really good diner fare, sandwiches and comfort food, and theyve also got a little something special. These guys genuinely care about their customers, their food, and their business. Their standard of customer service is consistently higher than a lot of other places. When theres a rare issue, just call them up and theyll go out of their way to fix it. The owner, cashiers and delivery guys are all really nice. Ive been a regular for years, love their food and integrity, and Ill keep ordering whenever I get the chance. Keep it up guys!

I don't know why everyone else seems to have such poor experiences. I've ordered from here at times during the morning, lunch time, and afternoon and it always arrives fairly quickly considering how far away they are from my apt. The food is definitely delicious and a fairer price for the quality in regards to the delivery options available to Sunset Park. I've never had them forget anything and they seem nice enough over the phone. Frankly I love delivery from this place and I wish they were open past 5 PM.
